**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- As a faculty, prime responsibility would be taking classes of Fashion Designing students as per course curriculum pursuing Graduation, Master degree & Certificate courses.
- Concerned faculty has to ensure that the students provide a good feedback regarding the classes taken by him or her.
- Needs to be a good mentor of the students so that the students can propel in their career for which they are basically pursuing the course.
- Students needs to be groomed up technically as well as in terms of smartness that they are industry ready professionals.
- Needs to handle students in a positive approach that there remains negligible level of dis-satisfaction and students remain motivated always in all possible manner.
- Need to mantain a healthy relationship with the students that they remain always interested and motivated for completing the course nicely in which they are enrolled..
- **ONLY CANDIDATES WHO ARE BASED IN KOLKATA NEED TO APPLY.**
- Should be well versed in Textile Designing as well. Preference will be given to those who are well versed in Fashion Design Basics & Fashion related CAD softwares.
- Industry Exposure preferred.
- Should be flexible enough to undertake extra classes as per the situation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
