Administration:
Office Management: Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, including inventory management of office supplies, scheduling maintenance, and handling vendor relations.

Field Coordination: Coordinate with pest control field teams for scheduling, route optimization, and client communication support.

Fleet Management: Oversee maintenance, registration, and insurance of company vehicles used for fieldwork.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all company documents, including licenses and certifications (e.g., pesticide handling permits), are up to date and comply with legal regulations.

Asset Management: Maintain records for company-owned equipment and ensure proper utilization and maintenance.

Client Database Management: Maintain accurate records of clients, contracts, and pest control schedules.

Human Resources:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle recruitment processes for field staff (technicians, supervisors) and administrative roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and foster a positive work environment, especially among field workers.

Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, conduct reviews, and set KPIs for both field and office employees.

Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions for pest control technicians, including certifications and skill upgrades in safety, pesticide handling, and customer service.

Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and pest control industry-specific regulations. Update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.

Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in service-oriented industries like pest control, facility management, or logistics.

Technical Skills:.

Knowledge of accounting tools (e.g., Tally, Excel & spreadsheet).

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pest control industry regulations, safety standards, and field operations would be advantageous.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and support field operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
