**Finance Associate (Accounts Payable)**

**Location: Mumbai**
We are looking for a confident Finance Associate to assist the team in day-to-day accounting and analytical tasks. Duties will include managing accounting records, ensuring timely processing of invoices and making payments, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
The initial contract duration is 3 months; however, we can consider you for a full-time position in the future based on your performance throughout your contract period.

**What you'll do**:
- Processing vendor invoices- Managing financial transactions-
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations-
- Reconciling bank accounts-
- Assisting in audit processes-
- Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping- Financial and data analysis
**What you'll need**:
- 0-2 years of accounting / finance experience- Relevant financial / economical education (Bachelors or Masters in Commerce)-
- Excellent quantitative skills with a great eye for detail-
- Good level of English as well as Hindi-
- Compliance oriented-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
- Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets-
- Analytical / problem solver-
- General understanding of accounting principals-
- Team player- Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
