Finance Associate

We are looking for a new **Finance Associate**, to support on aspects of book-keeping and vendor payments for APAC and other entities as assigned from time to time. This position will also support on other matters such as financial management, including working with sales teams on financial aspects of deals, corporate accounting, assisting in regulatory and financial reporting, statutory reporting including direct and indirect taxes, monitoring collection, as well as supporting on adherence of internal controls.
- Manage the daily financial and accounting transactions like cash management, receivables, payables, banking, record transactions
- Implement financial systems to monitor all the cash flow management, financial reporting, grant management and compliance, internal control, financial record-keeping, and accounting information.
- Monitor the cash flow requirements.
- Monthly GST and TDS reporting
- Collect all the achievements, and the problems in a monthly report to be offered to the supervisor.
- Make the monthly financial reports (Balance sheet, PNL, and Cash Flow)
- Work on gathering data and offer the needed support for the tax audit.
- Do a monthly reconciliation for the accounts AR, AP, and banks.
- Checking and processing employee expenses as per company policy
- Raising PO and processing Vendor bills and payment
**Requirements**:
- A hybrid work model, working 2 days from our office in Mumbai - MUST
- Graduate / MBA with finance & accounting specialization
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the finance domain
- Prior experience in managing the onshore-offshore working environment
- Should be well versed in MS Office Suite especially Advanced MS Excel
