Role: Finance Associate

Report to: Head - Account & Finance

Location: Mumbai, Mahim

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with related accounting controls
- Checking, reviewing, and recording of all approved invoices along with supporting documents including statutory compliances like TDS, GST
- Preparation of MIS as per the requirement of the management.
- Generate Invoice for all Clients on Daily Basis. - Handle day to day Accounting Activities
- Preparation of monthly salary of the employees & sharing Salary Slips.
- Ensure Monthly / Quarterly / Annual compliance related to TDS, PT, Form 16, GST etc.
- Good knowledge of accounting, from PO processing to Account reconciliations.
- Sound knowledge of the Procurement to Pay cycle including vendor management. - Working knowledge of Zoho Books is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Educational
