Job Title: Finance Associate
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Shifts: Rotational (6:30 am - 2:30 pm & 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle PRF/FDA/SDA/CTM processing, payment vouchers, bank statement reconciliation, and client communication. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial processing, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Process and submit PRF/FDA/SDA/CTM within deadlines.
- Prepare payment vouchers and initiate payments to Treasury and agents.
- Reconcile bank statements and update financial systems.
- Meet KPIs and resolve regional cash management queries.
- Collaborate with management to understand and fulfill system requirements.
- Handle client communications and contribute to process improvements.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Relevant experience in finance or cash management roles.
- Proficiency with financial systems and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
