- Conducting financial analysis and maintaining accurate records of transactions
- Assessing and managing risks related to lending and investment activities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and issues effectively
- Assisting with the development and implementation of banking products and services
- Collaborating with team members to achieve financial goals and targets
- Monitoring and evaluating financial market trends and their potential impact
- Participating in the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Preparing and presenting reports on banking activities and performance

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in banking, financial analysis, or a related role
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and financial instruments
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated understanding of market trends and economic indicators
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
