We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our banking operations team in Noida. The role involves handling banking processes, financial transactions, and data verification. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the banking and financial sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process banking transactions, account verifications, and financial data entry.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve banking-related issues.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and document validation.
- Monitor transactions to detect any fraudulent activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.
- Assist in financial reconciliation and reporting tasks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking processes and financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to work in a **night shift**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year
