**Job Title**: Customer Support Representative - Voice (Bilingual: Hindi/English)

**Location**: Mangalore

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Shift**: Rotational Night shifts (including weekends and holidays)

**About the Job**:
We are looking for a **Customer Support Representative** who speaks **Hindi** and **English** to assist customers over the phone. You will help members with **court cases**, **attorney services**, and **fuel services**. You will listen carefully, provide answers, and ensure the customers are satisfied with the help they receive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls and assist customers in Hindi most of the time (80%), and in English when needed (20%).
- Help customers with court-related questions, legal matters, and attorney services.
- Assist customers with fuel services, including account-related inquiries, fuel delivery, and any issues they may have.
- Record customer details and update information in our system accurately.
- Provide basic guidance on legal processes, court dates, and fuel-related services.
- Escalate issues to other teams if needed, especially for complex inquiries.
- Keep all customer conversations confidential and follow privacy rules.
- Meet performance goals like solving problems quickly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work with a team and attend training to improve your skills.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Hindi and English, with clear communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service or a similar job, especially on the phone will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of using computers (like switching between different screens and using simple software).
- Ability to solve problems and handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Attention to detail when recording or updating customer information.
- Able to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A **Graduate** (any field).
- Comfortable with **basic computer tasks** like navigating multiple screens or systems.
- Knowledge of **court processes** or **fuel services** is a bonus but not required.
