Responsibilities:
Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIN etc.
Setting sales goals and targets and completing after finding the right jobs and write proposals for Client.
Developing sales strategies for Domestic and International Client and taking care
of Company Portfolio for its betterment and development.
Analyze properly client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Monitoring the competition of our competitors and improving sales process regularly.
Analyzing sales data and reporting to Management.
Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered with proper approvals.
Collaborating with other departments as and when required.
Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition.
Full Accountability of Project from Biding, Development and Delivery and Collecting Reviews / testimonials from Clients.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Online Bidding: 1 year (required)
