**Job Description**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Bid Activities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential government bidding opportunities.
- Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other bid documents to understand client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess capabilities, compliance and feasibility for the tenders.
- **Bid Identification and Tracking**:

- Utilize various platforms and tools to identify potential government bids.
- Regularly update the bid pipeline and provide status reports to management.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of government opportunities and track the status of ongoing bids.
- **Post-Bid Activities**:

- Participate in debrief sessions to gather feedback from unsuccessful bids and incorporate lessons learned.
- Collaborate with the business development team to refine strategies based on bid outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation will be the minimum educational qualification.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Gem and other Government e-Procurement Portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using bid tracking software and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
