A GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Tender, E-Auction and E-Tender Executive is responsible for handling all tasks related to government and private tenders, ensuring compliance with guidelines, documentation, and submission processes. This role involves managing the tender lifecycle from research to execution, maintaining records, and building client relationships to secure bids.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification and Analysis**:

- Research and identify suitable tenders on GEM and other e-tendering portals.
- Analyse tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions.
- **Documentation and Submission**:

- Prepare and collate necessary documents like EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), registration certificates, financial statements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete compliance to guidelines.
- Draft and upload financial bids and technical documents.
- **Bid Management**:

- Monitor tender updates, corrigendums, and clarifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, legal, finance, etc.) to gather required inputs for tender submission.
- Maintain a repository of submitted tenders, results, and feedback.
- **Vendor and Client Coordination**:

- Interact with government agencies or private clients to address queries or provide clarifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with GEM vendors and procurement officials.
- **Post-Tender Activities**:

- Track tender status and results.
- Handle contract agreements, purchase orders, and billing processes for awarded tenders.
- Assist in handling disputes or grievances related to tenders.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all activities adhere to GEM guidelines and organizational policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on tender performance, success rates, and revenue contributions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in GEM portal and other e-tendering platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online submission tools.
- **Key Competencies**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in tender management, particularly in government tenders or e-tendering systems.

**Other Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Age within 45 years
- Residing within 30 minutes from the office area

**Benefits**:

- Salary of Rs. 15K (Subject to decision of Management)
