**Job Title**: GEM Portal & Government Tender Liaison

**Location**: Kolkata

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (or commission-based)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and operate the **GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal**, ensuring timely bid submissions, vendor registration, and product listing.
- Identify and track **government tenders, E-Tenders, and RFQs** relevant to the business.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Liaise with **government departments, PSUs, and procurement officers** to facilitate tender participation and approvals.
- Handle **technical and commercial queries** related to GEM tenders and coordinate with internal teams for documentation.
- Monitor **tender status, bid results, and payment follow-ups** for awarded projects.
- Stay updated with **GEM policies, procurement guidelines, and amendments** to ensure compliance.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing while maintaining strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in GEM Portal management, E-Tendering, or Government Sales.
- Strong knowledge of **government procurement processes, tender documentation, and bid submission procedures**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, GEM Portal, and online tendering platforms**.
- Good **communication and negotiation skills** to interact with government officials.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously with **attention to detail**.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month **(negotiable based on experience)**:
