Job Summary

Deb Paints Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing tender submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This position requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management and operations management. The Tender Executive will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for tender submissions that align with the company's objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of high-quality tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in tender management operations.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications
