Job Summary
Deb Paints Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing tender submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This position requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management and operations management. The Tender Executive will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for tender submissions that align with the company's objectives.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in tender management operations.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in the tender process, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in strategic planning and business development with a focus on tendering processes.
- Demonstrated senior leadership capabilities with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successful project execution.
- Experience in operations management, emphasizing process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
