**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Hunt for relevant tenders from various portals and government websites.
- Review and analyze tender documents, terms, and conditions.
- Prepare and organize required documents for tender participation.
- Manage the submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial documents.
- **GEM Operations**:

- Manage GEM portal registration, listings, and product uploads.
- Search for relevant opportunities on GEM.
- Prepare and submit bids through the GEM platform.
- Maintain records of GEM transactions and order fulfillment.
- **IndiaMART Management**:

- Handle inquiries and business leads from IndiaMART.
- Respond promptly to potential clients and ensure follow-ups.
- Manage IndiaMART profile, listings, and product updates.
- **Documentation**:

- Ensure that all documentation (tender, GEM, IndiaMART) is complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements.
- Maintain a systematic record of all tenders and bids submitted.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, procurement) for document preparation and approval.
- Regularly update management on tender progress and bid outcomes.
- Report on the performance and outcomes of GEM and IndiaMART listings.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in tendering, GEM operations, and handling business leads from platforms like IndiaMART.
- **Education**: Graduate in any field (preferably business or related field).
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of e-procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Government tenders and understanding of procurement laws.
- Hands-on experience with GEM and IndiaMART portals.
- Prior experience in working with government clients or agencies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
