**Job Summary**:
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, providing exceptional customer service in a warm and professional manner. This role includes managing the front desk, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth facility operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**
- Greet visitors, residents, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages as necessary.
- Manage check-ins for visitors, ensuring adherence to facility policies and protocols.

**2. Administrative Support**
- Maintain and update records, including resident directories, appointment logs, and visitor logs.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for residents and staff, such as medical visits or facility meetings.

**3. Communication and Coordination**
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff by relaying messages and information promptly.
- Provide basic information about the facility, services offered, and visiting policies to callers and guests.
- Respond to inquiries and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate staff member.

**4. Facility Safety and Security**
- Monitor and maintain security protocols by ensuring visitors sign in and follow the facility’s guidelines.
- Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

**5. Supplies and Organization**
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**1. Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar customer-facing role preferred.

**2. Key Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic office software.
- Empathy and patience when interacting with elderly residents and their families.

**3. Personal Attributes**
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
