**Designation: Associate Inventory**

**Location: Ernakulam**

**Experience: 2-5 YEARS IN INVENTORY, INVENTORY CONTROL PROCESS**

**Qualification : BCOM**

**Role Summary** : Responsible for assorting Diamonds, administer amount and quality on daily basis. Analyzing measurements, and overseeing production processes

**Span of Experience**:

- 3- 6 year of Experience handling Jewelry, luxury goods.
- Diamond Grading.
- Jewelry designing

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**KRA 1: Quality Management**
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services

**KPI**: Timely & Quality arrangement of the Diamonds to differentiate regarding quality.

**KRA 2: Production Detailing**
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records

**KPI**:

- Gold control.
- Inventory control.
- Wastage control.

**KRA 3: Product Management**
- Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Supervise the production process.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

**KPIs**: Product delivery on time.

**Technical Competencies**
- Basic knowledge of gold and diamond Jewelry value chain.
- Good knowledge of Indian jewelry industry, history and cultural aspects and competitors and market trends.
- Knowledge of jewelry designs, manufacturing, stock maintenance.
