**Store & Inventory Associate**

**Eligibility**

**Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse management or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.**

**Age: 22- 30**

**Experience : 3 -5**
- Should have basic knowledge of computers.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time

**Responsibilities**:

- To receive the materials ordered by the purchase department (in case of Decentralised system) and supplied by the vendors in a proper maintains as per the laid down procedure.
- To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.
- To stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc.
- To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
- Issues materials from store to production unit as per requirement and maintain record.
- To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the issue department.
- Submit daily stock report to the concerned authorities.
- Receive products from Multi locations and unload trucks at warehouse / facility
- Manage stock lists.
- Coordinate with internal department to develop a schedule for delivery of material.
- Update the inventory list when goods are entered and exiting warehouse.
- Should have knowledge of basic logistics calculation of E-way bill, Shipment documentation.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
