Stock Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage stock levels to ensure there is sufficient inventory on hand.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts to accurately determine stock levels.
- Track stock movement and update stock records accordingly.
- Implement and manage stock reconciliation processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels to anticipate shortages or excess inventory and take appropriate actions.
- Analyze stock data and trends to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolete stock.
- Maintain clean and orderly stock areas, ensuring proper organization and product labeling.
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures related to stock management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in stock management or inventory control is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy stock items.
- Knowledge of stock management best practices and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to stock management.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
