Tourism Diploma is mandatory.

Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation. Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.

- Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- diploma in tour: 3 years (preferred)
- TOURISM: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- HINDI, ENGLISH, MALAYALAM AND OTHER LANGUAGES ADVANTAGE (preferred)
