Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the CDI program for the organization.
- Develop and implement CDI strategies to improve the quality of clinical documentation.
- Educate physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers on documentation guidelines and best practices.
- Review patient records to ensure that documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and correct documentation errors.
- Work with other departments to ensure that clinical documentation is integrated with other systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Degree in a healthcare-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical documentation improvement.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preferred CCDS certification or any certification in CDI
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs).
- Experience with coding systems such as ICD-10-CM and CPT.
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA and CMS

**Salary**: ₹236,356.70 - ₹1,331,808.14 per year
