Role Overview

The Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, counseling, and therapy sessions to

clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other emotional or behavioral issues.

This role requires a balance of clinical knowledge, empathetic communication, and patient-centered care,

aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Clinical Consultation & Therapy

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients.

• Diagnose, assess, and treat mental health concerns using evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient case records.

 Psychological Assessment & Reporting

• Administer standardized psychological tests and evaluation tools.

• Prepare progress reports, feedback summaries, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals for holistic care.

 Telehealth & Digital Counseling

• Conduct online therapy sessions via the company's telehealth platform.

• Ensure professional decorum and patient confidentiality during virtual consultations.

• Educate patients on mental wellness and preventive behavioral health practices.

 Awareness & Collaboration

• Support mental health awareness programs, webinars, and outreach campaigns.

• Work with the marketing and operations teams to improve patient engagement strategies.

• Contribute to internal training sessions for healthcare staff on empathy and communication.

 Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to ethical, medical, and regulatory standards (including HIPAA-like confidentiality

norms).

• Maintain detailed case notes, consent forms, and session summaries.

• Participate in regular clinical review meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

o Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after completing M.Phil. or Ph.D.

o Experience must be strictly clinical, involving direct patient interaction in hospitals, mental health

clinics, or similar professional healthcare settings.

o Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians,

and therapists, to deliver comprehensive patient care.

o Contribute to the creation of educational and awareness content for the company's social media

and marketing platforms to promote mental health literacy.

• Specialization:

o Expertise in PTSD and body image/self-esteem issues.

o Candidates with prior experience addressing sexual dysfunction cases will be given preference.

o Experience dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, trauma, relationship issues, or behavioral therapy.
