**Job Overview**
The Business development officer(Asst. Manager in sales) plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities by visiting the colleges, Coaching institutions, Consultant. AM need to build and maintain relationships with clients for the organization. They are responsible for developing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential clients and markets.
- Meeting with the college principals, Coaching owners, Consultants for the presentation.
- Need to travel across Rajasthan to connect with the students.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree if experienced or MBA Fresher in any discipline, Marketing, or related field.
- Willing to travel
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends..

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
