- Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time, hot, and fresh.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and properly storing food supplies and ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to the chef or manager.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Adapt recipes or preparation methods to accommodate special dietary needs or customer requests.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.

- Proven experience as a cook or relevant role.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Pay: ₹9,840.30 - ₹30,628.88 per month
