- Handle the dosa station (bhatti) during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the dosa counter
- Ensure batter texture, temperature, and timing are on point
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth order flow
- Manage stock of dosa-related items and inform for refills

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a dosa specialist in a South Indian restaurant
- Skilled in working long hours near dosa bhatti
- Passionate about authentic South Indian cooking
- Must be disciplined, reliable, and team-oriented

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
