**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Canteen & Residential Management**:
- Supervise canteen operations, including food quality, hygiene, and meal scheduling.
- Ensure smooth food and lodging arrangements for 35-40 residents.
- Maintain inventory of groceries and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages.
**2. Security & Facility Management**:
- Oversee security guard scheduling and ensure proper supervision at all assigned locations.
- Conduct periodic checks on security procedures and address any gaps.
- Manage housekeeping material procurement and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
**3. Stock & Procurement Management**:
- Monitor daily raw material stock movement, including **Opening Stock, Received, Issued, and Closing Stock**.
- Maintain proper records of stock levels and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices for cost-effective procurement.
**4. Logistics & Transport Management**:
- Oversee transportation arrangements for residents within the premises.
- Ensure proper maintenance and scheduling of vehicles used for internal transport.
**5. Expense & Record Keeping**:
- Manage daily expense disbursal and maintain accurate records.
- Keep track of budget allocations for canteen, housekeeping, and procurement.
- Maintain digital records of all financial transactions related to stock and expenses.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Minimum **graduate** in any discipline.
- **Skills**:
- Basic **computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, and bookkeeping software)**.
- Strong **organizational and problem-solving abilities**.
- Good **communication skills** for liaising with vendors, staff, and management.
- **Work Ethic**:
- Intent to **learn and improve** operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
