Job Description: Recovery Executive

Job Role:
As a Recovery Executive, your primary responsibility will be to communicate with debtors and ensure the recovery of pending payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status.
- Resolve payment disputes and negotiate repayment plans if necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements during recovery processes.
- Report daily progress and escalate complex cases to the relevant team or manager.
- Stay informed of relevant financial laws and regulations.
- Evaluate and implement effective debt recovery strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to handle conversations professionally and calmly.

Also, site visits will be there if necessary.

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Desired Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial processes and debt recovery is a plus.
- Negotiation and communication.
- Problem-solving and time management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and client interactions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
