Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree The Team Collection Manager will play a vital role in our Recovery Branch overseeing a team responsible for collecting payments and managing loan accounts for tractor loans and retail customers This role requires strong leadership effective communication and a strategic approach to ensure timely and efficient recovery processes Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of collection executives providing guidance and support to ensure high performance Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes to maximize recovery rates Monitor and analyze loan portfolios identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures Build and maintain strong relationships with tractor dealers and retail customers to facilitate smooth collections Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all collection activities Collaborate with other departments such as credit and operations to resolve complex collection issues Generate and analyze collection reports providing insights to senior management for decision-making Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loan collections and recovery Train and develop team members to enhance their collection skills and knowledge Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or a related field is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in loan collections with a proven track record in team management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written Proficiency in MS Office and collection management software Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge of agricultural finance and tractor industry is an advantage Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
