Prospecting and Lead Generation

Sales Presentations:
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate leasing terms and pricing with clients while maximizing company profitability.

Secure signed leasing agreements and close deals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including forecasts and projections.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
