CRM Executive for Real Estate

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Documentation/paperwork starting from the booking of an apartment till possession
- Recovery of outstanding payments and bank coordination
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing team for residential projects’ sales
- Responsible for the completion of after-sales documentation
- In charge of handing over formalities and transactions of Properties to the buyers
- Coordinate registration and legal documentation for the sale agreements
- To act as an interface between the Customers, Engineering, and Sales departments of the Company
- Data entry in CRM / ERP
- Analysis, timely update of all work reports
- Generation of demand letters and collection of payments
- Coordination with the Finance team for documentation of loans from Financial Institutions
- To handle and resolve interim customer complaints and develop feedback procedure for complaints redressal
- Ensure strong relationship building with clients and customer satisfaction
- Strong interdepartmental coordination HO/Laisioning Team/Sales Team/Legal, etc.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
