A receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and employees of a business. They perform a variety of tasks to support daily operations, including:

- **Greeting**: Welcoming visitors and guests, and directing them to the correct person or office
- **Answering phones**: Screening calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the correct department
- **Handling mail**: Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail and packages
- **Scheduling**: Scheduling meetings and appointments for employees
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping office records up to date, and maintaining visitor, employee, and department directories
- **Performing other clerical tasks**: Filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- **Maintaining the reception area**: Keeping the reception area and common areas clean and tidy
- **Providing customer service**: Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- **Maintaining security**: Following security procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
- **Ordering supplies**: Keeping a record of office supply inventory and expenses, and ordering front office supplies

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
