Oversee the preparation of general ledger entries and reconciliation of accounts.

**Risk Management**:Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements.

**Internal Controls**:Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

**Tax Management**:Coordinate with tax consultants and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Optimize the organization's tax position and minimize tax liabilities.

**Team Leadership**:Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

**Financial Software and Systems**:Stay abreast of technological advancements in financial software and systems.
Implement and optimize financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Strategic Planning**:Collaborate with executive management in making strategic financial decisions.
Provide financial insights and support in evaluating potential business opportunities.

**Communication**:Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
