**Roles and Responsibilities**
- This is a full-time role for a Mechanical BIM Modeler at ME Engineers. As a Mechanical BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create and modify mechanical system models.
- You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and precise construction drawings and models. This role is in Chennai and requires on-site presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create precise mechanical models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project BIM Execution Plan.
- Must have knowledge of Revit modelling for all Mechanical HVAC & and Plumbing services i.e., loads, static pressure, fixture calculation etc. and family creation.
- Integrate mechanical design information into the BIM model,
- Preparation of HAP/TRACE load calculations (Value added).
- Work with both customer-provided and in-house drawings.
- Generate plan sections, detailed drawings, spread sheets, bill of materials, hanger lists, Total Station files, and more.
- Collaborate with other trades, attend coordination meetings, and produce necessary reports.
- Assist in identifying and resolving clashes in coordination models.
- Develop detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate and prepare as-built models and drawings for record-keeping.

**Qualification**:

- B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical Department
- Good communication
- 3+years’ experience
- Might have Western Country Project and Gulf Country Project experience.
