**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The

Modeling (BIM) with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software. This role

involves creating and managing digital models for construction projects, ensuring

Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field and be adept at collaborating with

various project stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Model Development: Create detailed 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit for

various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project

**specifications.**
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers and other project

stakeholders to integrate and coordinate BIM models.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure models comply with

industry standards and project requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for BIM

models, including plans, sections and elevations.
- Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the models to

ensure seamless project execution.
- Data Management: Manage and update BIM data throughout the project

lifecycle, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

regarding BIM processes and best practices.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and methodologies to

continuously improve modeling techniques and project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a

related field.
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, with a strong

portfolio of completed projects.
- **Software Skills**:Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of construction processes,

standards and regulations.
- **Analytical Skills**:Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability

to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a

fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other BIM software such as Navisworks, Tekla or similar.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable design principles.

**Experience**:

- BIM MODELER: 5 years (preferred)
