Job Description for Academic Counselor:
**Position**: Academic Counselor

**Location**: Noida

**Salary**: Up to 5 LPA

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in sales or ed-tech

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide guidance to prospective students about academic programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- **Sales and Enrollment**: Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of the educational programs and assisting students through the enrollment process.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- **Knowledge of Ed-Tech Products**: Stay updated on the institution's courses, curriculum, and any new developments in the education technology sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students and colleagues.
- **Immediate Joiner**: Must be available for an immediate start.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or ed-tech counseling.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to understand the needs of prospective students and effectively sell the benefits of the educational programs.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Build rapport with students and create a positive and supportive environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using technology and familiar with educational technology tools.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

**Working Conditions**:
