As an **Area Sales Manager** for Central Vacuum, Air Ventilation Systems and Inline Exhausting Fans, drive market Expansion and Revenue Growth in your Territory. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Central Vacuum Systems and Air Ventilation Products in your designated area, aligned with the company's business objectives.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory, regularly monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Homeowners, to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our Central Vacuum Systems and Air Ventilation Products, staying updated on technical specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate these to customers.
- **Technical Consultation**: Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating the value of our products.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Use this knowledge to develop pricing and product strategies that can give us a competitive edge.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the advantages of our products.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns, and provide post-sale support as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer requirements effectively.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, and preferably an MBA from a reputed business school.
- Strong technical background and an aptitude for understanding complex technical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Previous sales experience or a background in selling technical products is a plus but not mandatory.
