Objective:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve quality benchmarks.
- Process and update customer accounts and ensure all data is current and accurate.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
**Skills required**:
**1. Typing Skills**:
- **Speed: Minimum 35 WPM (or higher depending on the requirement).**:
- **Accuracy: 90% of accuracy level.**
**2. Computer Proficiency**:
- **Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).**

**Timing: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM**

**Working days: Monday to Saturday (Only Sunday off)**

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
