Voice & Non-voice Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for record retrieval requests.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in an international BPO or voice process role. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.
- **Work Schedule**: Night Shift (US Shift) with weekly offs as per business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to collect necessary records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate call logs.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain and update records in the database.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
