**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Retrieve, verify, and maintain records from various sources accurately and timely.
- Ensure proper documentation of all retrieved records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for record-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance while handling sensitive information.
- Update records in the system and perform data quality checks regularly.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong written English communication skills; good command over grammar and clarity.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a non-voice process.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency.
- Previous experience in record retrieval, data entry, or non-voice processes is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
