As a Public Relations Specialist at Code Brew Labs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to enhance the company's public image and promote positive relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to effectively manage all aspects of public relations activities to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and other influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to announce company news, product launches, events, and achievements.
- Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media appearances for company executives and spokespersons.
- Monitor media coverage and social media channels to track and analyze public sentiment and perception of the company.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Handling Podcasts and webinars effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in public relations and incorporate them into strategies and tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in public relations, corporate communications, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools.
- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues with tact and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
