Position Title: Public Relation Assistant
Location: Sector 54, Chandigarh

**Job Description**:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Communications Liaison based in Sydney to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and fostering robust partnerships with both clients and media outlets. Your strategic acumen and knack for leading impactful campaigns will be instrumental in propelling our organizational triumphs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Partnerships: Act as the linchpin connecting our clients with the media, crafting strategic blueprints and overseeing campaign implementation.
- Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of 5-10 PR Executives/Sr. PR Executives, steering them towards the realization of our strategic objectives.
- Client Insights and Evaluation: Offer perceptive insights and analytics for our client roster.
- Innovative Solutions: Confront challenges with inventive problem-solving, exploring novel approaches beyond conventional PR strategies.
- Media Engagements: Leverage existing media connections while actively fostering new ones to amplify brand visibility.
- Content Development: Contribute to initiatives for creating engaging content as needed.
- Operational Excellence: Institute and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
- Skills Enhancement: Collaborate with consultants to devise tailored training programs for team members.

Skills Required:

- Professional Experience: A proven track record of 3-5 years in relevant PR roles (Preference for agency experience).
- Local PR Insight: Profound understanding of local PR dynamics and adeptness in executing effective campaigns.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Technical Competence: Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Interpersonal Dexterity: Exceptional abilities in building and nurturing relationships.
- Educational Background: A background in PR/Mass Communication is preferred but not obligatory.

Remuneration:
Pay: ₹74,000.00 - ₹84,000.00 per month
