We are looking to establish a strong and impactful personal brand. We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR professional to develop and manage their public image from the ground up. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a personal branding strategy as a thought leader in their industry.
- Create compelling narratives, media pitches, and content that reflect the entrepreneur’s values, expertise, and vision.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Secure and manage media appearances, interviews, podcasts, and speaking opportunities.
- Oversee social media strategy and content to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and personal appearances.
- Monitor public perception, analyze feedback, and refine strategies to enhance the entrepreneur’s reputation.
- Handle crisis communication and proactively manage sensitive situations.
- Work closely with the entrepreneur to ensure authenticity and alignment of messaging with their goals and values.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in PR, personal branding, or related fields minimum 5 years.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft authentic and engaging narratives.
- Established media contacts and a network within relevant industries.
- Experience in managing PR for individuals (celebrities, entrepreneurs, executives, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media and digital platforms for personal branding.
- Creative, proactive, and able to think strategically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
