Title: Public Relations Coordinator

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Manager in Sydney to contribute to shaping our brand image and nurturing strong partnerships with clients and media entities. Your strategic vision and ability to lead impactful campaigns will be crucial in driving our organizational success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Collaboration: Serve as the pivotal link between our clients and the media, devising strategic plans and overseeing campaign execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of 5-10 PR Executives/Sr. PR Executives, guiding them towards achieving our strategic goals.
- Client Reporting and Analysis: Provide insightful reporting and analytics for our client portfolio.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges with a creative approach, seeking innovative solutions beyond traditional PR strategies.
- Media Relations: Capitalize on existing media relationships while actively cultivating new ones to enhance brand visibility.
- Content Generation: Contribute to content creation initiatives as required.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Establish and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and excellence in operations.
- Skill Development: Collaborate with consultants to develop targeted training modules for team members.

Skills Required:

- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant PR experience (Preference for agency background).
- Local PR Expertise: Understanding of local PR dynamics and ability to execute effective campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding relationship-building capabilities.
- Education: Background in PR/Mass Communication is preferred but not mandatory.

Remuneration:
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
