**Pre
- Requisites**:
1. Must be an Indian Citizen and resident.

2. Must have excellent **(Verbal) **English communication skills, good in typing and strong **Hindi **communication skills with **no MTI**.(Versant quality 5/6 )

3. Should be flexible with rotational shift environment (**Working Window
- 9am to 9Pm).**

4. Fixed 9 hours shift.

5. No transport facilities are available.

6. No Meals. Eligibility

**Criteria:

- Graduate.**

**Experience**:12 Months Escalation Desk experience. (100% Experienced).
- Handle the queries and concerns of the Sellers.
- Semi - Voice support.
- Nature of calls are Outbound.
- Tagging the calls on the portal with details.

**CTC: Ranges between 20500 - 24500pm Voice portfolios.**

Flipkart Seller Support.

6 days a week, Operations, rotational off.

**Interview Details**:
First Round: HR

Second Round: Operations

Versant Round: Minimum 5 versant Score.

Client Round: Flipkart Client

**Salary**: ₹20,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- escalation: 1 year (preferred)
