**Assessment Criteria**:
- **Versant Level 4** (voice assessment)
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to fraud risk management
- Verify suspicious activities or transactions reported on customer accounts
- Record and document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with Flipkart’s fraud policies
