**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.

Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up calls.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for optimizing lead conversion.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas through persistent and goal-oriented calling efforts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful outcomes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
