**Sales & CRM Representative Job Description**:

- Identifying new customers / promising prospects via networking, cold calling, customer referrals and other lead generation.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Gathering and analyzing all the sales-related data.
- Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Prepares presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance & oversee customer retention, reactivation, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.

**Skills required**:

- Good communication skills along with customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A team player with positive attitude & focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Polite, good listener, confident, target driven, presenting and pitching skills, adaptable, goal-orientated and self-motivated.

**Qualification**:

- Educational level - Graduate in Marketing, MBA Graduate in relevant degree.
- Local language and knowledge of English is essential.
- Good Communication Skill

**Experience**:

- Relevant Experience: 0-1 year

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,807.85 per month
