Required Office Assistant cum Receptionist at manufacturing industry
Job descriptions:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
Maintain office records, files, and inventory logs.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
Coordinate with production and sales teams for communication flow.
Handle basic data entry, billing, and invoicing tasks.
Schedule meetings and maintain the office.
Ensure cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Provide customer support and handle inquiries efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
