**Job description**
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk activities including receiving deliveries, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Provide basic information about the company and services to clients and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared in advance.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain employee and visitor attendance registers.
- Support HR and Admin departments with additional clerical duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
