**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized front desk calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with office supply management and inventory control.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- like Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
